Dammam, Saudi Arabia, 2025 – In an effort to deepen international economic and trade cooperation and support local enterprises in achieving high-quality global expansion, Ms. Zhang Yan, District Mayor of Liandu District, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, led a government delegation to Dammam, a major city in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The delegation conducted an on-site inspection and provided guidance to Lishui Ouyi Valve Arabia, the newly established local subsidiary of Lishui Ouyi Valve Co., Ltd. During the visit, Mayor Zhang also held productive discussions with the Chairman and CEO of Saudi Aramco’s King Salman Energy Park (SPARK).
At OUYI Valve Arabia., Mayor Zhang and her delegation were warmly received by the company’s senior management Chairman Mr.Chaokui Chen. She gained an in-depth understanding of the new company’s operational plans, team development, and the preparation progress for the new factory within the SPARK industrial park. Mayor Zhang highly commended OUYI Valve for proactively integrating into the global energy supply chain and strategically positioning itself in key countries like Saudi Arabia. She also praised the OUYI team for their perseverance and pioneering spirit in building a business overseas.
During her subsequent meeting with the Chairman and CEO of Saudi Aramco’s SPARK Mr.Mishal I. Al-Zughaibi, Mayor Zhang first expressed, on behalf of the Liandu District Government, her sincere appreciation for the valuable support provided by Saudi Aramco and SPARK to OUYI Valve. She also highlighted Liandu District’s ecological strengths as the “Green Valley of Zhejiang” and its solid foundation in high-end equipment manufacturing.
Mayor Zhang stated:

The Chairman of SPARK extended a warm welcome to Mayor Zhang and her delegation, and highly praised the Liandu District Government’s vision and support for the global development of its enterprises. He noted that SPARK is committed to attracting the world’s top partners in the energy sector, and OUYI Valve’s presence injects new dynamism into the park. The advanced technologies and efficient operational practices brought by Chinese enterprises are vital to enhancing the manufacturing capabilities of the park and Saudi Arabia as a whole. He expressed hope that OUYI’s project would serve as a starting point for broader and deeper cooperation between the two sides.
