UAE – 2025 – Lishui Ouyi Valve Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the industrial valve sector, is pleased to announce the signing of a landmark land agreement with Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) during ADIPEC. The agreement was signed by General Manager Mr. Chao Chen and SPARK President & CEO Mr. Mishal I. Al-Zughaibi. This milestone represents a major step forward in OUYI Valve’s strategic expansion in the Middle East and will significantly strengthen its ability to serve Saudi Arabia and the wider region through the establishment of a new production and service facility at SPARK.
Under the agreement, OUYI Valve Arabia will secure a strategic land plot within the SPARK industrial park to invest in the construction of a modern valve manufacturing, assembly, testing, and maintenance service center. The new facility is expected to create substantial local employment opportunities, introduce advanced manufacturing technologies, and bring in industry-leading management expertise—supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals to enhance industrial manufacturing capacity and drive localization.
The new factory will focus on producing high-end valve products that meet the highest standards of Saudi Aramco and international certifications, including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves, widely used in oil, gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors. By establishing localized production, OUYI Valve will significantly shorten supply chain lead times and provide customers with faster, more efficient product delivery and technical support services.
