Dammam, Saudi Arabia — 2025
OUYI Valve Arabia is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the King Salman Energy Park Logistics Zone (SPARK Logistics) to build the company’s second valve facility in Saudi Arabia, located within the SPARK bonded zone. This new project will become OUYI Valve’s first overseas warehouse and service hub, as well as its first overseas valve technology training center, marking a major milestone in the company’s localization and expansion strategy in the Middle East.
Under this agreement, OUYI Valve Arabia will establish a high-standard valve warehousing, inspection, and maintenance center inside the SPARK bonded area, providing local inspection, testing, maintenance, spare parts supply, and rapid delivery services for end-users across Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries. Through the overseas warehouse model, OUYI Valve will significantly shorten supply chain cycles, enhance equipment availability, and deliver faster and more reliable technical support to regional customers.
In parallel, the facility will also serve as OUYI Valve’s first Valve Technology Training Center outside China. Leveraging the company’s strong engineering expertise, the center will offer comprehensive training programs for Saudi and regional technical personnel—including valve structure fundamentals, installation and commissioning, maintenance procedures, and operational safety—supporting local talent development and contributing to the Kingdom’s localization goals.
A representative of OUYI Valve Arabia stated:
“We are honored to establish this cooperation with SPARK Logistics. The launch of our overseas warehouse and training center is a key component of OUYI Valve’s global growth strategy and a strong response to Saudi Arabia’s localization initiatives. Through this project, we aim to gradually build local teams, local machining capabilities, and a localized supply chain, enabling us to deliver faster, higher-quality, and more professional services to our customers.”
Management of SPARK Logistics expressed high appreciation for the partnership, noting that the project will further strengthen SPARK’s industrial ecosystem in energy equipment services, enhance local manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and contribute to the realization of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
As one of China’s leading industrial valve manufacturers, OUYI Valve continues to advance its global footprint. The establishment of this second facility in Dammam’s bonded zone will significantly enhance the company’s supply chain resilience and service capacity in the Middle East, providing customers with comprehensive, one-stop solutions.
The project is expected to commence construction in the near future and will serve as a key strategic platform for OUYI Valve’s continued international development.
