OUYI Valve Arabia is planning to develop a 20,000 m² steel structure factory in King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, with targeted construction in 2026.
The project is currently at the Concept Design Stage, and subsequent phases will proceed according to Saudi regulations and SPARK’s industrial development requirements.
To support the successful execution of this project, we hereby issue a public invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced local Saudi contractors.
1. Eligibility Requirements
EOIs are welcome from local companies that meet the following criteria:
✔ Proven experience in industrial facility construction
— Steel structure works, industrial buildings, civil works, mechanical & electrical installation, etc.
✔ Established track record within Saudi Arabia
— Experience in executing industrial projects preferred
✔ Approved General Contractors in Modon Industrial Cities
— Or EPC/general contracting companies with similar industrial zone experience
✔ Strong project management capability and compliant safety record
2. Indicative Project Scope
The project is anticipated to include, but is not limited to:
— Civil and foundation works
— Steel structure design optimization, manufacturing, and installation
— Roofing and cladding systems
— Electrical, piping, water supply, drainage, and full MEP works
— Site preparation, internal roads, and supporting infrastructure
— Fire protection, safety compliance and related industrial zone requirements
The detailed scope will be issued at the RFP stage.
3. EOI Submission Method
Interested companies are requested to submit the following documents:
(1) Company Profile
(2) Relevant Industrial Project Experience
(3) Modon or similar industrial zone contractor approvals (if applicable)
(4) Contact person and communication details

4. EOI Deadline
All EOIs must be submitted by February 1, 2026.
Submissions received after this date will not be considered for this round.
